FAQs


Will I have the access to my campaigns dashboard?

Yes, certainly. We adopt open and transparent approach. You will have the full access to your campaigns dashboard where you will have all the campaign metrics, including the actual spend.

What happens if the campaign does not meet the agreed metrics?

In circumstances where the campaign we built and launched does not meet the pre-set metrics, we will refund 50% of the campaign management fee (i.e. the monthly retainer fee) to you without a question asked.

What if I want to terminate your service?

You are free to terminate our service at any point of time. We will refund the unused marketing budget to your designated bank account.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can make a payment transfer to our corporate banking account, which is stated in the invoice.

Is there any other cost aside from the monthly retainer?

Yes, there is a one-time set up fee of S$800 for a new client. This one-time set up fee goes to campaign(s) building, ad copies creation, architecture tagging and set up.
